Pricing

We have two pricing models:

  • Fixed rate job

    Many of the jobs have a fixed rate, so you know what you are paying for upfront. Contact me to get an estimate. Often I can quote you over the phone. Of course, on larger or more complex jobs, I'll have to see in person or images you submit.

  • Hourly labor

    Often on certain jobs an hourly rate is more appropriate. See below:

Our hourly labor rates:


  • Weekday Rates: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM: There is a two-hour minimum of $185 to account for travel time, gas, and vehicle costs then it's $75/hour after that.
  • Weekend Rates: 1.5X weekday rate (9.00 AM to 5.00 PM).
  • Small Disposal Fee, 30 Gallon Bag of Trash $25
  • Medium Disposal Fee, Small Pickup Load $100
  • Trip / Travel Charge $40
  • Estimate Fee (Will credit towards your job if scheduled) $40
  • IHS Supplied Materials 20% markup
  • Cancellation or reschedule without 24-hours notice $40
