Dean remodeled almost our entire kitchen after the Ikea installer reneged last minute (they didn't want to cut one inch of a filler piece, but that is a different story).... read more I had initially hired Dean to do the demo before Ikea was supposed to do the install. Dean stepped up and saved the day when I was suddenly left without anyone to install the cabinets. I was my own general contractor, so I had flooring, electrician and HVAC already lined up and Dean worked around them effectively and seamlessly. He was a great at finding creative and cost-effective solutions for problems that came up during the remodel. Dean did great work, paid attention to details, and didn't start rushing things when it became clear that the install was taking longer than estimated. His work was clean and precise - he never barged ahead (like other contractors), he always conferred with me and made sure the completed work was the way I wanted it. I dealt with many contractors during the remodel and I must say Dean was by far the best communicator. He answered texts and emails promptly, he let me know if he was running late, and was on time when he said he would be. He was respectful of my property, cleaned up at the end of the work day and was always so nice to my son and dog. Dean is a great person and great to work with. I would highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
